Revitalizing North Queen Anne
West Canal Yards will deliver in July of 2024 and be one of Seattle’s most exciting mixed use waterfront developments in decades. The project will transform a former 180,000 square foot fish processing facility and 6 acres of upland into a place for people to gather, work, shop and enjoy the water.
Once completed the site will be home to wineries, art galleries, breweries and a variety of retail and commercial businesses. Located in a forgotten part of the North Queen Anne neighborhood, the project aims to create a sense of place and give the waterfront back to the residents of this vital region.
