Sean Timmons, Co-Founder / COO
Over the past 20 years, Sean has developed a well-rounded real estate investment background built on a foundation of financial acumen, attention to detail, and creative problem solving. His experience includes asset management, acquisitions, development, strategic planning, brokerage, financing strategy and general business management across all real estate property types, varied business platforms and six countries.
This experience and an ability to connect the dots in complex situations contribute to a strong execution and management skillset. Sean serves as Wing Point’s Chief Operations Officer; where he is responsible for finance, asset management, legal and risk management topics. He is directly involved in all of Wing Point’s investments at both a strategic and operational level.

Prior to Wing Point, Sean provided real estate investment and asset management consulting services to multiple Ultra High Net Worth family offices. He also formed and managed the Asset Management team at McWhinney, a Denver-based development company known for its award-winning re-development of the historic Denver Union Station, which Sean managed directly.
Early in his career Sean developed a strong analytical foundation with LaSalle Investment Management in Chicago; then created and managed an in-house real estate investment team for Dart Enterprises, an UHNW family office based in the Cayman Islands.
Sean graduated with distinction from the University of Colorado’s real estate program along with degrees in Finance & Accounting. He also holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and a Certificate in Hotel Asset Management from Cornell University.
