Excitement in Renton

Longacres is a 158-acre mixed use development project located in Renton, Washington. The site was formerly the Longacres horse track and, more recently, the home of Boeing’s Commercial Airline Division and Pilot Training facility before sitting fallow for years. The property was acquired from Boeing in 2021 and completed Phase I in 2023, which includes construction of the Sounders FC practice facility.

Phase II is underway which will include a state of the art 8,000-seat outdoor music venue and a mixed use hotel apartment project.  Once completed, the complex will contain approximately 3,000 apartment units, 3 hotels, retail space, an 8,000 capacity outdoor music venue and 1.5 million square feet of commercial space.
